Speech and Debate

Welcome to Speech and Debate here at CHS. We teach critical thinking skills and the ability to become a well spoken individual when it comes to discussion and creating civil discourse in today's world. Students here will be required to compete in their 2 events if they are enrolled in the debate class. The events are as follows:

- Cross Examination Debate
- Lincoln Douglas Debate
- Student Congress
- Extemporaneous Speaking (Persuasive and Informative)
